The charity has always stood for providing so much more than experience in sailing.  Character building, leadership and seamanship skills are just some of the life skills that young people gain when serving as crew aboard Hardiesse.  Along with this, Hardiesse is a recognised RYA sailing school…… as crew you will be given the opportunity to gain qualifications in the RYA syllabus ranging from Competent Crew to Day Skipper to Yachtmasters.
